      How fast can you come out?
      Same-day service is available across the Portland metro. Call before noon for the best chance at a same-day visit. Emergency requests are taken 24/7 and dispatched when a technician is available.
      Should I repair or replace?
      If a repair will do, we'll tell you. Replacement usually makes sense when a system is 15+ years old, needs repairs every season, or the repair would cost a big share of a new unit. Your tech gives you both numbers so you can decide.
      How does 0% financing work?
      On qualifying systems you can pay 0% APR over 60 equal monthly payments, with $0 down. You can apply during your in-home visit. On approved credit. Terms apply.
      What rebates can I get?
      It depends on the equipment and your utility. Energy Trust of Oregon offers incentives on many heat pumps and high-efficiency furnaces. As a Trade Ally we tell you what applies, show it on your quote and file the paperwork. Rebates are subject to program availability.
      What does the warranty cover?
      Qualifying new installs come with up to a 12-year parts and labor warranty. Your tech will go over exactly what your system includes before you sign anything.
      Which brands do you service?
      All brands, including Bryant, Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Goodman, Rheem, York and Mitsubishi.
      Do you serve my area?

      Is the $189 diagnostic really waived?
      Yes. When you approve the repair, the $189 diagnostic comes off your bill and you get $50 off the repair too. If you decide not to go ahead, the diagnostic fee applies.
